Wildwood Studios use
locally sourced wood from sustainably managed
woodlands.
The chairs are made from the ‘Queen
of Woods’, ash, with the seats generally
being of oak, elm or ash but occasionally
yew or walnut. These pieces are made in the
traditional way and our styles are based on
old English, Irish and Welsh designs from
as far back as 17th century. They can be finished
to suit any surrounding, whether a contemporary
or traditional home.
The beauty of wood is that no two pieces are
the same, so although the pictures shown are
typical of our designs, actual chairs will
vary slightly in finish and appearance due
to the unique nature of each piece of wood.
Chair prices range from £650 to £1150.
